Terms & Conditions

1. Onsite Support:
   To avail onsite service, please log a complaint at the HP Service Toll-Free Number 1800-258-7170. HP-certified engineers will visit your location to provide repair services.

2. Coverage:

   • This warranty extension covers all internal hardware parts of the laptop.

   • Adapter, and external accessories are not included.

   • Physical damage is not covered unless accidental damage protection is purchased separately.

3. Duration:

   • Extends the standard 1-year base warranty by 2 additional years.

   • Ensures 3 years total coverage from the date of purchase.

4. Certificate of Care Pack:
   A digital certificate will be provided by HP within 2–3 business days of order confirmation as proof of warranty extension.

5. Service Provider:
